INAUGURAL DARING DEBATES 2018 IN DELHI RESULTS IN A THRILLING FINISH
The first edition of Daring Debates 2018 kicked-off from Delhi and was organised in partnership with the American Centre.
Ms. Anoushka Gupta from St. Stephen’s College, who spoke for the motion, and Ms. Pallavi Bais from Janki Devi Memorial College, who debated against the motion, walked away with the top honours.
The debates were judged by an eminent panel of three jury members Ms. Ritu Menon (Indian feminist, writer and publisher. Co-Founder of Kali for Women), Mr. Rahul Roy(Independent documentary filmmaker), and Ms. Smita Sharma (Deputy Editor, The Tribune).
The winning duo would now join other regional winners who will contest the Daring Debates Grand Finale on February 10th, 2018 which is a part of the Difficult Dialogues, 2018.
